It is a real honour to be able to visit unspoilt places on our beautiful planet.
Vanuatu is one of these places and I was keen to show my mate,
Steve Chambers from Tackle World Broome all that it had to offer.
After a great nights sleep and a big hot breakfast we boarded the Game boat and
headed from one part of paradise to another. Even when you are in paradise, the grass always looks greener on the other side.
The plan was to jig for some dogtooth tuna and then do some trolling.
For once the plan unfolded perfectly. The weather was actually too good.
It was so still, that it was hard to believe, and it made jigging extremely hard work.
I did my best to make a fool of myself when I caught something that wasnÆt actually alive,
and it had a crack too!
Keep an eye out for the underwater footage of up to eight sharks moving in on our fish towards the end of the show. It looks pretty cool.
