In this season, the show was shortened to a one hour programme, broadcast once a week and only four contestants were used. Channel 4 renewed the show for a fifth season, which reverted back to the daily format. It started airing on August 25 2008, at the new time of 5:30pm. Season 5's primetime episodes began broadcasing in high definition.
